JBN Tango Jerky

Well, we tried to avoid making a teriyaki, but after many requests, the JBN Tango is out in the wild.

It's our take on teriyaki with less of the sweet that all the store shelf brands carry.

Individual 3oz pack with beef, soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, ginger, and dried chili flakes.

Ingredients: beef, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, mirin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, cane sugar, paprika, ginger powder, Thai red chili flakes, and cayenne pepper.
